Privacy settings
obsigen.com does not store cookies or any other data in the browser, does not load resources from external domains and does not use tracking pixels. For this reason it shows no consent banner and no settings panel. Below we describe the technologies in use, their purpose and the retention periods.
1Data stored in the browser
The site stores no data in the browser: it does not use cookies, localStorage or similar mechanisms,
and it does not load scripts, fonts or images from external domains. The Content-Security-Policy header
allows resources only from the site’s own domain, and an automated check at every release rejects any page that
references external resources.
The site’s scripts serve the interface only - the header, the table of contents, the pricing configurator and the contact form. They store nothing in the browser and send nothing; data reaches us only when a user submits a form.

3Visit statistics
Visit statistics are calculated in Matomo from the server log only. The site places no counter, script or pixel in its pages, so for statistics the browser neither stores nor sends anything. We import the log data into Matomo installed on our own infrastructure; the IP address is anonymized and visits are not linked into a user profile. The legal basis and retention period are described in the privacy policy.
4Consent principles
The site uses no cookies or advertising tools and does not ask for consent. If we introduce a technology that requires consent, the following principles will apply:
- “Accept” and “Reject” buttons of identical appearance and equal weight;
- the choice made is saved in the “strictly necessary” category;
- consent is valid for 12 months;
- a server-side consent register: date and time, text version, selected categories.
5The Obsigen application
The Obsigen application, running in a tenant dedicated to your organization, is covered by a separate privacy policy provided with the deployment. Conversations and files are stored in that tenant.
