- Where does Obsigen run, and where is the data?
- On infrastructure dedicated to your company - the data is stored in your tenant. Managed Cloud is an OVHcloud instance that we maintain under one contract, infrastructure included. In the self-hosted and on-premise models, we install Obsigen on your side. Compare deployment models
- What is in the allowance?
- Turns - a turn is one request in a conversation with Obsigen and the answer to it. The allowance renews every month; above it, we bill according to the entries in the usage panel.
- Can we change the deployment model?
- Yes. We move the tenant from a snapshot: configuration, files and memory.
